Reflection
Experience
For the final project, I initially part aways with my partner so it was a really sudden event. Nonetheless, I went through and tried come up with my own storyboard. The ideation process surprisingly didn't take a lot of time. But, it was quite challenging to make and cut all the materials. It was also really tough to make my objects stay on their place despite for me already been using a tripod to stabilise my camera. The last part on which editing is the process I enjoyed the most. There are a lot of steps in this process starting from compiling all the scenes then adding texts and finally adding the sound effect.
Observation
The difficulty level on the material I chose was shown on the shooting process. Although, I have an advantage of filming the stop motion on a flat surface but it still really hard to control the paper as with the slightest touch they move so easily. Hence, I adjusted my shots a lot of time because this hurdle.
Findings
I found that as I'm running on time I could not be more detailed with my work. But, despite that I tried my best to edit it the way I wanted it. After Effects for example is a lot help as I'm used to the application adding motion to text was a fast process.
